TANG SHIPWRECK @ THE ACM

The Tang Shipwreck Collection showcases 9th Century Asian export art and ceramics from a shipwreck found in 1998 near Singapore. The variety of ceramics features Changsha wares, as well as fine ceramics such as Yue celadons and white wares from the Xing and Ding kilns in northern China.

Join an exclusive guided tour of the Tang Shipwreck Collection, led by Ceramic Masters, Greg Daly, Janet DeBoos, Zhang Liming, and Mud Rock, who'll share their insights on the exquisite craftsmanship and techniques of the Tang Dynasty. The tour also includes a breakfast picnic on the Lawn at Asian Civilisations Museum.

DRAGON KILN

It has been a decade since Michelle Lim, TedTalk speaker and co-founder of Mud Rock, gave tours of the Dragon Kilns, the last two in Singapore that she helped save from demolition. Join Michelle as she takes you into the belly of the dragon to hear the Dragon Kiln story, and discover why this structure means so much to the Singapore ceramics community.
